Returns Policy


You may return unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item has been opened, it can't be returned because we can't resell it, bro. Sorry Homeslice, that’s like taking a bite from an apple and then asking to put it back. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or order, etc.) we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the unopened returned item.

Shipping

We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order, although it's not always possible. Most times we will ship a lot faster than 24 hours as most of our customers can attest to though, Bro. We can ship to virtually any address in continental North America (USA and Canada). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, even through 3rd parties.. We will not ship to 3rd party mail centers, mailing houses, virtual mailboxes, mail depots, or to non-verified people or places, whether it is US based on not.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

*Starting June 1, 2016,  we will ship to continental North America (USA and Canada), Australia and the UK.

Due to regulations put in place by the local customs agencies in some countries, we may not be able to ship all items available in our U.S. store to your location. Regulations are different in every country, and though they change often, we do our best to keep up with them and update your store as soon as we know of a new restriction. We try not to ship products that are restricted in your country to prevent you from losing out on the item and money, however the responsibility is ultimately yours, the customer, to ensure the products ordered are not seized by customs.

 

IMPORTANT INFO FOR YOU BRO:

*** Canada prohibits the importation of more than a 90 day supply of certain dietary supplements (natural health products) within a single order.***

***Whey Protein is currently prohibited by certain dairy import laws in the UK or to Australia. If whey protein is part of your order to the UK or Australia, we will remove the item from your order and refund you for the protein before shipment. This way you don’t pay for it and have it seized and then get mad at us. Thanks bro. But if you absolutely insist we ship it anyway, don’t get mad at us when we do and it gets seized.***

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs. We will do our best to ship exactly based on the directions in your order to the address provided, unless it is an address like a 3rd party mail center, and in that case, we reserve the right to not ship it. If the order looks fraudulent or has red flags generated based on our system, we reserve the right to cancel the order. And we will cancel it. We also reserve the right to not ship any order. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may, however, be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from WESLAP.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. Most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (you). Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.
